N₂ PSA SYSTEM FOR NITROGEN RECOVERY

We develop and build customized plants for nitrogen recovery using the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process.

The PSA plants are designed according to the required nitrogen demand and your other requirements. The quantity of nitrogen produced is controlled by the product consumption. The more nitrogen is required, the more is supplied by the system. Our systems are characterized by a robust design in chemical standard for industrial use. The systems are equipped with a Siemens PLC with touch panel. The pressure swing adsorption system works at ambient pressure and temperature and does not require any external materials other than electricity.

We are able to supply the system as a module, pre-assembled on a skid or assembled in a container ready for use.

Nitrogen PSA systems are used to supply nitrogen for laser cutting, in the food and beverage industry, petrochemicals, semiconductor technology and many other applications.
